Yes, more storms, more mud! Last night a ton of rain. But it was in the 60's so its not so bad, damp and cold! Harley eating more grain, not so much hay. He is bored being on his own, so he will walk from paddock to paddock to visit all of the horses. But i need to keep him on his own so that i know that he (and he alone) is eating his food! Poor guy. Groomed him last night too. He really liked that. Rebecca hasnt been really able to come out to work with Mia, but hopefully the weekend will see some sun and she will be out! I got some pictures back from Cherie from last weekend ride on Missy. It was so nice that day! Cherie has been taking lessons for years now. Sarah, first time on a horse! She loved it. I love to see that face of someone on a horse who has never been! Missy was very good that day also. This weekend includes going to a Morgan sale. No, not buying! this is a VERY high end auction of very upscale Morgans. My hay guy has some he is selling so I wanted to go to see these horses! Not that Max or Lady are not good quality Morgans, they just arent in the same league as these Morgans! Sunday- I AM going to get my garage organized so i can get my Jeep in there. have to baby my Jeep for as long as I can! Glad today is Friday even though there is mud outside and my legs and ankles are crying for some regular exercise instead of what I have had to do to feed the horses. another good day also since the horses havent gotten out of their paddock last night! yeah! Work has been busy. I think we turn back our clocks this weekend as well. I am extremely thankful for having a few days where i can actually SEE my horses in the morning while feeding them!
